I worked with Alastair as my buying agent for my first home purchase in 2020. I have no experience with other buying agents but I would be confident Alastair is in the top tier for everything that was important to me; industry knowledge, and the ability to make it digestable for a first time buyer; responsiveness; friendliness; and what I am not sure would be commonplace in any industry nowadays but Alastair is made of the stuff - genuineness. I remember the day I started the process by calling a few agents and everyone was all hustle and bustle. And then I spoke with Alastair who spoke about transparency and honesty being his most forefront values as an agent. If you speak with Alastair, you'll understand that it's easy to gauge his authenticity on this. I agreed to move forward with Alastair and never had any reason to doubt that decision during the entire process. One other important factor that any buyer or seller should be aware of - Alastair never once established any sense of pressure on me, he always seemed to have my best interests at heart and genuinely wanted me to find a home I would love. And that I did. I won't be looking elsewhere in the future for anyone else to help me with property purchasing or selling and I plan to recommend Alastair whenever a friend is in market. 5/5 with literally no negative sentiment throughout the process!

Throughly impressed. I was unsure about the benefits of a realtor at first. So many of them try to grab your attention as you enquire about properties in the city. Alastair did not try to grab our attention at all, simply did his job tremendously well and let the facts speak for themselves. Alastair would answer questions for us, that we didnt even know we had yet. Never did we feel pressured or persuaded to make an offer, and never had the feeling he was only interested in his commission/closing the sale. It was a fun ride to purchase our first home in Vancouver. Made all the better by Alastair's help to guide us. It is clear to me now the benefits of a realtor. Looking forward to working with Alastair again in the future.

My wife and I worked with Alastair to purchase our new home in Squamish, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. While we searched we made several trips from Vancouver to Squamish to look at properties and every time he had prompt communication and scheduled visits quickly and easily. Alastair was wonderfully supportive and diligent in our search for our first home. We looked for several months during the pandemic and had quite a journey searching for the right place. Alastair never pressured us to make quick decisions, was prompt with communications, was extremely patient and took an incredible amount of time to go to every showing with us (sometimes without us!) and work through the process with us.
