Alastair was extremely helpful with the process of getting a place! He explained all the different options that we had for every step and was extremely patient with us! He showed us a bunch a places and helped us get the one that we wanted!

Throughly impressed. I was unsure about the benefits of a realtor at first. So many of them try to grab your attention as you enquire about properties in the city. Alastair did not try to grab our attention at all, simply did his job tremendously well and let the facts speak for themselves. Alastair would answer questions for us, that we didnt even know we had yet. Never did we feel pressured or persuaded to make an offer, and never had the feeling he was only interested in his commission/closing the sale. It was a fun ride to purchase our first home in Vancouver. Made all the better by Alastair's help to guide us. It is clear to me now the benefits of a realtor.
